Q8 BARONI XGP is a multipurpose, water mix cutting fluid formulated with a medium oil content (approx. 30%) and advanced lubricity additives to provide optimum tool life on a full range of materials. The lubrication characteristics are designed for medium to arduous machining and enable a superior performance with an excellent surface finish. The product is designed to keep machines extremely clean throughout the coolant life & and when mixed with water forms a semi translucent to white opaque emulsion that is completely stable and long lasting. The bio-stable properties mean that the emulsion does not degrade or produce bad odours, and the emulsion needs little or no maintenance. Rust and corrosion protection are outstanding, and no sticky residues or sludges are deposited on machine parts. Q8 BARONI XGP does not contain formaldehyde, chlorine, sulphur, cresols, phenols or nitrites.
